Fair question for a new store. LiftWrap is Aussie-owned. You pay through Shopify's own checkout, so we never see your card details. Every order is tracked, unused gear can be returned within 90 days, and your Australian Consumer Law rights apply.
Dispatch within 1–3 business days. Free standard delivery then typically takes 4–10 business days. Regional and remote areas may take longer. The delivery line under the Add to cart button gives you dates, so order with that window in mind. Orders of $100 or more get Priority Express free at checkout (typically 6–10 business days).
